So, that's the guy who broke our suitcase on our last trip.

Must be related to one of HAL's people.

Put out our suitcases the night before we got off the ship (happen awhile ago), the next morning in the terminal, one suitcase had an 18 inch gash in it exposing the clothes inside. Had to take time to file a claim with a HAL rep. Then once at the hotel we had to go shopping for a new suitcase to fly home with.
