Perhaps Kwilson may have been exaggerating for dramatic effect. His post certainly suggests it. 'Le Bistro' on the Star does not levy a supplementary charge of $20. I seem to recall a 'Le Bistro' surcharge of $15.... but haven't been on the Star in several weeks.
