My favorite places to visit in Grand Cayman are Stingray City and the Turtle Farm. That said, I don't know much about places that fit your goals, but I can recommend one place to skip - Hell ...Okay, you've seen Hell. Yes, that is all there is. So unless you want a letter post marked from Hell (there is a post office there) there is no need to go there.
