I had a similar experience as above and Princess leaves info in your room about the Norwalk virus and to proceeed to the doctor if you have symptoms. They do not sell any "stomach" over the counters like pepto so everyone will go to the doctor and it is free, without insurance. They are trying to prevent an outbreak and all they ask in return is for you not to go touching everything in the buffet areas!
