Update on Gary and Tara.
Gary's pain is more tolerable. He has been able to sleep in a bed the last few nights and is getting around with a walker. The meds and the prayers are working to bring him some relief from the horrible pain he was enduring.
Tara was discharged today. I spoke to her husband a little bit ago and he was shocked when he went there today that they were going to let her come home. She had 2 pints of blood yesterday and it must of worked wonders because she was able to walk around the nurses station today. I will give them a few days to settle in and then take dinner over and spend some time with her. I'm so glad this surgery went smoother for her than the last time.
