Okay, maybe this is just me, and I'll probably get pounded for saying it - but after reading the same topic forever and ever, I always wonder....
Geez, are people really that CHEAP? IMHO if you can't afford to take a vacation without resorting to smuggling alcohol aboard, you can't afford the cruise. If they didn't have free food, people would probably be smuggling Whoppers on board.

Like I said, maybe it's just me, but I'd rather follow the rules than be humiliated trying to BYOB....okay, everyone can yell at me now.
