They do T-pool pass for the whole cruise. To the best of my memory it was bout $40 or $50, but that was a 7 day.  Quess thats not much help.  I do love the T-pool especially on the Galaxy, Mercury and Century..    I like the fact that they charge-- makes it much more UNcrowded and peacefull- as opposed to the Millie class ships where it seems to turn into another swimming pool that gets busy and difficult for them to police the no children policy.
