Still having trouble getting on the board

When I go to the site, I am still getting the message that it is down for maintenance, Then, I tried, and clicked on where it says Home or Forum, and am able to get in. Anyone else having the same problem today?

No, bOB it's not working right, I get the Down for Maintence screen, then I have to click on Home or Forum to get in.
