Southern Caribbean - Clear Bottom Kayak Rentals & Snorkeling

I am booked for an early April cruise hitting up St Thomas, St Lucia, Barbados, St Martin and St Kitts (leaving from and returning to San Juan). I'm looking to rent clear bottom kayaks on any one of the islands but my internet searches so far haven't turned up much. Has anyone visited one of those that found clear bottom kayak rentals that could steer me in the right direction?

Also, I want to plan snorkeling at one of the islands and of course each one claims to have the very best coral reefs and colorful fish, any personal opinions on which one actually is the best?

I am also wondering about horse back riding at any of the locations, specifically "unsupervised" riding. My travel partner and I are both experienced riders and looking for something with a little more freedom than walking single file behind a tour guide...
