Service was so horrible in the dining room, buffet and cabin.....in the dining room we.waited 20 minutes before water was poured, waited 1 hour 20 mins for food to be served; in the bufffet staff walked right by you numerous times NEVER offering beverages, you had to ask for tables to be cleared, silverware and plates were dirty when you picked them up, food was not hot; the cabin steward could not remember what seating, he left his dirty cleaning towels on the desk, the balcony was flithy.
Other things not good were they allowed kids in the adult only solarium, non smoking rules on board everywhere were not adhered to or enforced (couldn't even sit on our balcony because of the smoke stank from around us), no chocolates at night on the pillows, nothing was on time (shows, games, etc.) 18 stores are a joke since each store is about 8x8' on deck 4 with no much to choose from - stores on deck 5 were so incredibly expensive (1/2 caret diamonds for $25,000), perfume at retail prices. Food was fair. The good stuff was available in the 5 specialty restaurants for extra $s. Most of the chairs are very deep and therefore not comfortable - they look great and that's about it. Dining room chairs are made so you get in and out quick being so very uncomfortable and heavy to move.
The lawn club was nice, circus sole show was great, solarium is nice but why they allow kids is beyond me, Some rooms were nicely decorated, some were way too modern and cold, only having one pair of main elevators was a pain, several floors were half floors which made it hard to get around.
The best deal appears to be for AquaClass Suite guests - 115 only - who have primate lounging area and their own restaurant.
I feel sorry for anyone crusing on her soon.
