Well, I may not have been any help, now I look and even though it shows $$'s for Balcony and Suites...when I try to run through a reservation it comes up as No Cabins Available and won't even go into whee you can choose a balcony over a suite, etc.

Tell her to try again, and tell her to put "Jewel Group Cruise" in the subject line... they are busy, so do what we all would do.. take care of cruises leaving soon before a cruise for next year (for instance) so this acts as a flag to her that this needs immediate attention.
There are always cancellations.. right down to the wire.
Hopefully Ann and Oscar will be able to find a berth also.
Doi hope cabins can be found I was sure surprised when we upgraded to a balcony we could get a handicap--Grandma ann call Lori like Red said would love visiting with you and Oscar
2 reasons really, first and most important,email is NOT a reliable form of communication (for something that is important to you)
secondly, the volume of emails in one day would shock most people-from the cruiselines, the clients asking questions, etc.
Were talking hundreds and hundreds per day. That's with a spam filter on that yes, clients sometimes get sucked into that as well (refer to reason number one).
