i keep a glad/ziplock/tupperware sandwich size container in my carryon--ondisembarking morning, i make a few croissant sandwiches....i always end up waiting a loong time at the airport and these help keep me from passing out....just add a cup of decaf and i am good to go (or rather, to wait)...i use the same containers when going on long shore excursions, filling them with gummies and nuts...i usually have pringles or torengos...the torengos seem to have less salta few pieces of swiss cheese and a couple of triscuits help keep severe hunger at bay until you are back on the ship
