i keep a glad/ziplock/tupperware sandwich size container in my carryon--on

disembarking morning, i make a few croissant sandwiches....i always end up waiting a loong time at the airport and these help keep me from passing out....just add a cup of decaf and i am good to go (or rather, to wait)...

i use the same containers when going on long shore excursions, filling them with gummies and nuts...

i usually have pringles or torengos...the torengos seem to have less salt

a few pieces of swiss cheese and a couple of triscuits help keep severe hunger at bay until you are back on the ship
