We recently returned from the same itinerary on Celebrity Infinity. Note that our rainforest tour in San Juan was cancelled (an issue with the operator, they told us), so have back-up plans there. We ended up doing our own walking tour.In Antigua, we went to a beach -- nothing terribly exciting, and we also took it easy in St. Maarten by taking an island tour. Yet, I heard good things about the Rhino Adventure in St. Maarten.
