I am tired of the organised shore excursions from the cruiseliners, it feels like I have to be 'grateful' to be allowed to join on a trip.The added price you pay to take the official excursion is so much that when you do a little online research you will find very individiual local companies that will help you out.Last cruise we chartered a private yacht in Mallorca, just the 5 of us on the boat and we haad a private transfer arranged from the terminal. It cost us less and we were way more treated as real people then being horded on the one of the overcrowded buses.For the future this is probably what we are gonna keep on doing, just figuring out some local organisers and get in direct contact.
