Hey Bobbie,I NEVER use the ship's/hotel's etc. shampoo or conditioner. I have color treated hair, ahem. The sun, wind and salt air wreak havoc on my hair. I like a mild shampoo and a strong conditioner. Also, those little cardboard containers require a chain saw to open. Forget it. Bring you own. I get samples at the beauty supply stores.
