Good morning!We had a little rain last evening and overnight but Ava and I still made it out for our early walk. I think we both enjoy the quiet at that time of the morning. Especially on a Saturday when most of the worker bees are still sleeping.It was supposed to rain harder so we kept the windows closed Kathie. Until I got up and was able to open a couple of them. I do hope the script helps your ears Mike. Thanks for the good, sound advice. We suggested to Jim that the insurance might want to contact the builder about the failed fitting as the house is only about 4 years old. I asked these guys to look for Karen too!Have a good day everyone.
