Good morning.

The People have elected Prime Minister Mark Carney to lead Canada for the next four years. The party fell just 4 seats short of a majority government which can, sometimes, be a good thing. Only time will tell.

I hope your test goes well this morning and it provides a little clarification on your back problem Kathie. It’s hard to look at a puppy, or kitten, and not want to adopt one. Something we never used to think twice about.

There’s a special place for people like Jane Karen. Those folks who know senior dogs, any pets for that matter, need a home too. Even though they won’t be with us as long.

Lu-Ann first started feeling poorly a week ago today Mike. I managed to stave it off until Saturday and it really took hold Sunday. With Lu-Ann’s PD and my heart meds we both have to be cautious with the over the counter remedies we take.

We get dandelions mostly in the spring. We have a good crop this year. We used to try to fight them but all it takes is one or two neighbours to not control them and it became a losing battle.

It was 70F when I got up at 6:45. Yes, you read the right. I slept until 6:45! It seems like the day is half over! :emoticon 0102 bigsmile: And it was raining. We’re supposed to see rain, perhaps thunderstorms, throughout the day. Right now the sun is trying to poke through.

If there is one thing I can count on every morning around this time it’s Ava looking for her breakfast. And today doesn’t disappoint. I’m getting that “feed me” look from her.

All of you have a safe and fantastic day.
