Right now I’m at the
“Big Hosp” for the Parathyroid scan test.
Got here at 7:00 am in the rain.
Got into the room and he nice tech gave me an injection with radiation in the vial. Then on the cray table for 1/2 hr all wrapped up and strapped down. Then she comes back and the machine does something else for 10 mins.
Now I get to enjoy a breakfast and Starbucks coffee in the cafeteria for 1 hour.
Then I go into the machine for a long 1 hour scan.
I didn’t think this would be so involved.
This Hosp is HUGE! Haven’t been here in awhile. Lots of walking.
I will be buying some Shortbread cookies before I leave. The pastry chef makes the BEST ever goodies.
It has stopped raining.
