Kathie, your pastry looks good but I'm not a banana fan, wonder if you could make them with a different kind of fruit. I always worry about taking money from the older people in here that their kids are going to think I'm taking advantage of their parent. That's why I never charge them, but some just will not let you help if they can't pay you something.Fish dinner tonight was fabulous as always! We got there a few minutes before 4 and were seated right away & had our food within a very few minutes. HUGE piece of white fish, potato "waves", coleslaw & green beans. I brought home over half my fish & a few of the potato's plus a BIG slice of choc. cake.
