Mike: How nice that you were able to take your Mercury to the CAR SHOW!
How fast does that Mercury go on the Hwy?
I got caught up in watching the Olympics and haven’t made it to the grocery store. And now it started to rain lightly. I might just throw on a jacket and go in the rain.

I tried ONE more time to make homemade Mozzarella Cheese Balls early this morning. I even had milk from a local dairy I picked up last week.
WELL….. it failed big time AGAIN and a nice fresh gallon of milk is gone!
Sometimes you just have to accept that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
I wish a little old Italian lady lived in the neighborhood and could give me a demo lesson on how to make it work.
I’ll have to stick to Nut Rolls! Ha ha.
