I’m always surprised, bordering on concerned, when Dave hasn’t brightened our morning by this time. Hope all is well my friend.

Getting jobs done around the house are so satisfying once they’re done Karen. 

Lu-Ann and I have the opposite of green thumbs Mike. About the only plants that thrive for us are artificial ones.
