Oh Kathie, you were not even 10 minutes from us! I hope you enjoyed your trip to Amherstburg. The rhododendrons are just starting to pop. The south end of The Navy Yard is undergoing a renovation and expansion. The parks folks haven’t been out to do the spring cleanup yet. You did see most of the downtown sights. That must have been a larger bag of popcorn. The smaller ones are less expensive. You should have popped in to the ice cream shop. They’ve just opened for the season. Good ice cream and not as pricey as popcorn. By driving along Riverside Dr you passed the sculpture garden. One of your pics had an apple sculpture in it. Darned right “next time!”.Ya Dave, we leave a bunch of those big guns just sitting in the park and a couple of blocks away at The Fort.I’m out of stuff for now.Enjoy your day folks.
