KAREN: I'm going to try this recipe for English Muffins. I've made them before and they are easy and really very good. I plan on making these and freezing some with my FoodSaver vacuum sealer so we'll have some on hand.This recipe had a great Video. One thing I would do is wipe out the frying pan after each batch to avoid the burnt look on the nice fresh muffins.
