A late good morning. Took both a pain pill and one muscle relaxer last night at bed and while still stiff and hurting some am a bit better this morning. Started the Prednisolone this morning.

I remember as a kid having peanut butter and fluff sandwiches at times, neither my brother or myself really liked them but of course we ate them. And now there is no way I would buy Fluff because of the sugar content. I try very hard to not buy any food that has sugar of more than 7.

Have a guy coming this afternoon for the box we have from FPL that can shut off the AC/Heat and or water heater, since they have found they are not connecting to it. Being part of the on call program is that we save either $750 or $ 12.50 a month depending on what month it is.
