Good morning. Well at one point during the night my right wrist started hurting, will see about maybe getting a brace for it this morning. Yesterday at PT I had to do both the bands and then the arm bike now I can't raise my arms. The other day Bruce brought home some Lidocaine patches 5mg and he used one that night so I decided to try last night, well during the night the neck sis not hurt but as soon as I took it off this morning the neck started hurting.Will be taking a pair of shoes to UPS to ship back, I like the style but they are too tight, then I will go to Winn Dixie to get steaks and a few other things.All have a great day.
