We all hate getting stuck on hold, but yesterday I heard of a new twist to it. Kathi wanted to mail something in the Post Office's "if it fits it's all the same postage" boxes. All she needed to do was print a label for it on the USPS website. But it wouldn't print, AND she was still charged for the postage.
So she gives them a call, and of course gets one of those automatic directories companies use on where to direct your call.
At the very end of all the choices, it gives you half a dozen choices of what kind of music you would like to hear while you're on hold.
You know right then, you're going to be on hold for a while.
