Okay..,. Here’s the report on the Homemade SPRING ROLLS! They were eatable, but a mess to make. They stick to each other in the hot oil. They splatter. THANK GOODNESS I went to into he BASEMENT-to do this project. I will NEVER TRY THIS AGAIN. I have the Air Purifier on it’s working overtime trying to get the greasy smell out of the house. I even have the garage back door open. We did eat the ones that turned out halfway decent! I’ve learned that my corner Chinese Carry Out is where I’ll be getting any future SPRING ROLLS! Nite all!
