Good afternoon!

Bill, I think I get my best sleep on the mornings that I need to get up to go somewhere, seems like on the mornings I "could" sleep in I'm never able to!

Pat, I really am looking forward to Connie's visit!  And the fun thing is her daughter & my niece Amanda grew up together and both of them ended up getting married & moving to Maryland!  Faith lives in Baltimore, about 2-1/2 hours from Amanda so they get to stay in touch also!

Lee, so are you ready to return to the land of sunshine & warm breezes yet?  I bet poor Ava is wondering what the heck is going on!

Kathie, I don't blame you for getting a 2nd opinion on the eye surgery, that is nothing to take lightly!  Lucky that you had someone recommend a good one to you.  I'm seriously thinking about switching my eye Dr. as well, but have no clue who I would change to.

Dave, so how was the backwards bike ride?  I would worry that my feet would get tangled up & I'd end up breaking something.

Add me to the " I wish I didn't like sweets crowd"!  Not overly fond of pie but cakes, cookies, donuts, ice cream & candy yeah, I like all those pretty well!

Nancy, glad the testing went well & hopefully you pass with flying colors.

Got to Jane's a little before 9 & hung out for a while before I started whacking on the tree, it was nice & cool this morning so it was easy work.  Took 1 truck load to the dump & brought home 3 garbage cans of branches for my trash co. to pick up tomorrow.  Was all done & headed to Walmart to get groceries before 11

Got an email from the roofing company with the final invoice, they used 14 sheets of plywood, 3 of which were included in the quote.  They sent pictures of each sheet of plywood numbered & where it was located on the roof. The extra plywood came to $880 but I was impressed that so far they have done everything the salesman said they would do.  She also told me they had sent the paperwork to the city of Belleview for the final inspection & once that is done they will have their roofing inspector call me to set up the appt. for the wind mitigation report.  I told her I had a check ready for them & would drop it off once I was notified they had passed final inspection.

Also talked to my insurance rep today & he went ahead & sent in my application, the price went up a little bit because I don't have the wind mit. report, but once I get that they will adjust it.  It's still nearly half as much as State Farm was wanting to charge me.  He said the insurance company could still request some repairs after reviewing the inspection report but he doesn't think they will, so that was good to hear.  I will be glad to finally get this policy approved so I can make the call to State Farm & tell them bye-bye.
