Good afternoon. Had my Dr appt this morning about my hands and sleep. Well I can take 2 of the sleeping pills if I need. As to the hands keep up with the gel and she was calling in a Rx for the pain. I don't go back until early Oct.

Negc, it was announced today that Friday will be the last day for Dino's restaurant, they have sold it but have no idea what the new owners will be doing there. So we will see.

After the Dr appt I went to the new Sprouts and while I did not buy any veggies I did get a few things, one being rolls for subs, so dinner tonight will be Cheese Steak subs. Have to cut the meat in a bit and season it.
