What do they say about best made plans? I had just barely posted the above when along came Gary from his & Missy's shopping trip. They got everything I wanted and it's a good thing I had them pick up one of Sam's roasted chickens because apparently, the whole gang will be here tonight to eat the chicken and the leftovers from the past 2 nights. We will definitely be cleaning out the refrigerator tonight.

On Saturday M&J are having one of their famous seafood boils at their house. They have 30 lbs (yes, you read that right 30 lbs) of crawfish and 10 dozen blue crabs ordered to be delivered on Saturday. Missy bought a case of fresh corn, plus who knows what all else. We will miss part of this as we have the wine pairing the same night. Talk about feast or famine. I do hope they save some of for us. The wine pairing is from 6 to 8. If we drink fast, maybe we can get out of their sooner. Of course, if we taste any wines that we especially like, we'll buy a bottle or two for future use.

Maybe now I can go watch my TV program.
