Good morning. Plan for today is Bruce's Cardiologist appt, then he goes to Palm City for a job and me making
Mongolian Ground Beef for dinner, sound easy and good.

Yes the blood was taken from the inside of the elbow.

I had ordered a couple of sleeveless dresses last week and they came in on Sat so tried them on this morning and am very happy with them, they are a size smaller than I had been wearing, so that shows my weight loss.

Karen, I see that Ocala is getting rain now, so I guess no roof work.
