Settling in to watch the game. Its been a while since we’ve had a bad rental Kathie. Those folks lived in England. Colin had been diagnosed with cancer and just didn’t care about the FL rentals any longer. We know one of the houses was sold for what was owed in back taxes and back HOA fees. We talked to the man who bought it. He gutted it and redid it from top to bottom. This home was immaculate. There was a nice gift basket waiting for us. Including a bottle of wine!OK, I’m tired.
