Another scorcher day here today...luckily while we were in the pool this afternoon we had some cloud cover....sometimes when it's so sunny & we are in there I feel like I'm the lobster in a New England Seafood boil...
Had a nice time visiting with Wendy....but it's kind of sad because we can really tell the past few years have really been rough on her and she is starting to "wander" a little bit...she will start talking about something and then just kind of lose her train of thought and just stop...she'll be 87 yrs old in Nov. so I guess it's sort of to be expected...
Still no rain here to speak of...it rained lightly last night...but barely enough to get the grass wet....all the sun today has got me sleepy so I think it will be an early night for me....catch up with all of you in the morning
