Time for a quick check in this morning. We may be on vacation, but some things never change with Bert - I had to wake him up at 10:30! I can't complain too much though, as I actually slept for 7 1/2 hours last night. Best sleep I've had in weeks.Heading over to J&J's once Bert gets his act together. Their daughter is planning to stop by to say hello. She & Brian share the same birthday, but she is older than him. After an afternoon of cards, we're going to an oyster bar that we love here. I've never seen anyone who could shuck an oyster faster than they do at this place.Surprise, surprise, Bert is almost ready to leave, so I better get off here now.
