Fred says, "GOOD MORNING BUNNIES!  ( I translated that from his ribbit-ribbit.)

Now about "Fred";

A couple of years ago Kathi got him from a local nursery when she went there looking for posies.  (She collects about anything that pertains to frogs.)  It's a real nice nursery and well decorated, even has benches around so you can rest while shopping.  Well, Fred was one of the decorations, so she asked them if she could buy him.  Sure.

He's been sitting out in the old pool area for 2 years in his original color.  Kind of a pinkish clay color.  But she decided to paint him to look more like a frog.  And make his eyes look more like eyes.  And yes, there is actually a green paint that is called FROG in their colors to choose from.

So she invited one our grandsons over yesterday to help paint Fred.  Only a 6th grader, but already taller than his Dad and Kathi.  He seemed to have fun.  Afterwards having home-made pizza and an ice cream cone.  Once she took him home she came back and did the eyes.  It came out rather good.

So today we need to lug Fred out of the garage and back into the old pool area.  And I mean lug.  Fred needs to go on a diet because it takes the both of us to move him around.

Got a question for you K2;  If this temporary fix, if even that, to your knee is going to keep you off that leg for 2 weeks, why not do the permanent fix now of a replacement knee?  It sounds like it'll eventually be needed.

Have a ribbit-ribbit day guys!
