Good evening....short check in from me.... felt like crap most of the day...not sure if my lip got sunburned or I have a fever blister...but it was bothering me in the pool yesterday afternoon...I kept putting chap stick on it last night but it didn't help...today it's sore & swollen inside my mouth & the top of my lip...my niece told me to use coconut oil on it as an antibiotic, so I've been doing that all day....if it's not better by the morning I guess I will end up going to a walk in clinic somewhere....never a dull moment...hope to catch up with everyone tomorrow!
