We had a nice dinner out on the deck tonight. NOT A SOUL around the entire area. The Cottonwood FUZZY things are flying around EVERYWHERE. The grass across the creek looks like it snowed there are so many all over. I keep using the leaf blower to get them out of the garage. Another week of these and they'll be gone.
PAT: You and Bert are just WAY TOO good to your kids. But then I guess we all do stuff like that. You just do it a tad more! LOL

I tried calling the phone number that Bill gave us at one time and it was a LADY in the room that Rita must have been in. She said she was there for re-hab. YIKES.... nothing like getting the wrong person. Anyways, I sent Rita & Bill a e-mail but haven't heard a thing from them. I'm thinking that Rita is in a new Rehab place.

I made a neat big poster for Nick today and took it over to his place. The lady at the desk said she'd have someone take it right up to him. His daughter is in town from LA and took a picture of Nick with the sign in front of him. He was sitting in a wheelchair in front of his dining room table in his room. He looked MUCH BETTER THAN I THOUGHT HE WOULD. The daughter said NO HOSPICE for Nick at this time. I hope the old guy fights and DOES THINGS ON HIS OWN TERMS. Would have loved to see him today, but I don't want to RATTLE his son's cage. That's one guy you don't ever want to mess with. 
I found 2 bills that fell BEHIND the area where I keep UNPAID bills. Yikes. How the heck did that happen. I called the one place and they REVERSED a $28 dollar late charge for me. Dang, I need to be much more careful. Those charges could add up. I thanked the guy and he said not a problem. It was for that refrigerator that I took out on extended time instead of paying up front for the dang thing. It's a pain in the butt to pay monthly, but it was NO INTEREST and it saved taking out a large chunk from the bank. Always something.

I never got around to calling Comcast about the price of HBO. Tomorrow is another day. Goodness.... it's FRIDAY already. Before we know it Summer will be over. Ha Ha.
