Lee: We enjoy listening to all the things you'll be doing in your rehab classes. I think it will help keep your "mind" busy and you'll stop worrying about things that are out of your hands for now. Appreciate the fact you have that program and it's FREE. You'll be back to your old self sooner than you think. Be glad we're going into warmer weather. Imagine having to go through all this in the DEAD OF WINTER. YUK.
FROST WARNING here on our side of the River tonight. I covered 3 of the plants that have some buds on them. I brought the 8 pack of Geraniums into the garage for the night. That's one reason I don't usually buy ANY flowers this early in May. These Red Geraniums were a excellent price at Costco and I couldn't pass them up. I knew I was going to be doing the IN and OUT thing with them.
Art's aneurism in his eye isn't getting any worst or better. The doctor said they will be slowly stopping the injections. She is giving his Ophthalmologist surgeon a written order that it's okay to go ahead with getting Art his glasses so he can see for reading. It is what it is. He's just glad that he'll be done with the injections and dilating of the eyes real soon.
DAVE: Hope your Ultrasound went well today. I get my results of my Echocardiogram next Monday. Amazingly I've felt just FINE every since I went to see the heart doctor a few weeks ago. Must have scared something out of me. Ha Ha
Pat: I few that you and Bert will be having the 2-grandkids over more and more once they move into the neighborhood. Good luck with that.
They're too young to be left at home until parents come home from work and not sure if they will stay for Latch-Key after school. Time will tell. My advice to you is BUY LOTS of WINE when it's on SALE and start stocking it up in the CLOSET. LOL
RITA/BILL: So did Rita get home from rehab this weekend like she wanted to? How is she doing on the stairs? You guys can't get out of that condo fast enough. Hope you have movers coming to help with the packing, etc, etc. Fill us in when you get a chance. Hope Rita feels better.
I'm off to see if there's anything on TV. I was so COLD all day I can't wait to get under the comforter tonight!
