Lee - Thanks for explaining a bit more about the things you have to deal with after your surgery. You're very fortunate to have so many resources available for you and at a price we can can only envy here.We tried poi too in Hawaii and have to admit it tastes terrible. Now I wil admit that every once in a while I will get a can of Spam. I slice it 1/4" thick and quick fry it in butter. Then we make a sandwich on a Kaiser roll with mayo, lettuce & tomato. It's sloppy to eat but a nice sandwich about once a year.I was just reading that there is a shortage of snow crab this year due to the pandemic. So many of fisheries were closed and the crabbing boats weren't going out. That explains why the price has gone sky high $10.+ here right now. It wasn't all that long ago that the price was half that. A lot of restaurants where snow crab is very popular on the east coast have taken snow crab off the menu. Personally, I am still a big fan of blue crab and really do prefer it to the others, but Bert feels like it's too much work to get the meat out. That's half the fun!!Bert is off to Restaurant Depot with Missy while I man the fort here. The kids are so loud!!! Plus I am so sick of listening to Sponge Bob after 2 days. I think it's time for a glass of wine. After all, it's already 5 o'clock in the previous time zone and it will be 5 o'clock here in 35 minutes. Time to warm up!!!
