Hi GANG.  Nice chatter on here.

I called my friend Marie, (up 24 Mile Rd) and her daughter is not handling the aftermath of her chemo well at all. And of course, after all this time she's not getting any better. Going to ER to talk with a Oncologist right about now. She is lucky to have a good support group that stays with her overnight and of course her MOM who stays there 4 nights a week. I wanted to make sure she knew that I double baked and will be packaging up the bake goods for her to have for the holidays. She's a big baker too, but I told her I know she doesn't have the time or most likely the get up and go to bake this year. She'll do it anyways, but now she won't have to do as much. They have a huge stand up freezer in their garage so she can keep the stuff I take over in there.

It's sad when you don't know what to say to someone you've know since you were a teenager at times like this. On top of not being well, there is a 13 yr old that has to watch her Mom go through all this. Not easy. She was adopted from a Russian Orphanage when she was just a few months old. Mary and her Mom went to get her together.  Okay, enough about that. Thanks for letting me get some of that off my shoulders. Say a prayer for them. Thanks.

Lee: Sure hope you're laying low and taking care of that cold. Don't let it get into your chest. Stand or sit in the shower and let that steam open things up. Rub down with VICKS and get UNDER a pile of covers. Take care.

DAVE:  I can just imagine all the bruises Kathi is finding and FEELING today. Amazing she was able to find ICE when we really haven't had much of any kind of snow going on. Of course, the little bit of drizzle can do a lot of damage as Kathi found out.

Big thing I keep telling ART and myself is when you're getting out of the car to make sure you PLANT your feet securely on dry pavement or hold on to the door because if your foot slide from under you it's NOT GOING TO BE GOOD AT ALL at our age or anybody's age for that matter. Tell Kathi I said hello.  Nice of her to send over the cookies to the "6" kids. YIKES....hopefully they've STOPPED producing in that family. How do you feed and cloth and find room for 6 kids??

SAN:  How's it going over your way. You doing okay? Sure hope so. Hope you and Nancy can get in the car and take a 150 radius drive somewhere. Make a bag lunch and park somewhere where you can overlook the water and eat your lunch or dinner. I ready to do that this week over here by us. It's suppose to be SUNNY all week. It's nice by the water even when it's freezing cold if the SUN IS SHINING!

KC: Glad you got the video of the Kitty climbing the Christmas tree. Too funny.  Hope you can just put your feet up and CHILL out a little. You've been one busy gal lately.

RITA: I made the dough for the Mexican Wedding Cookies and it's getting cooled in the refrig. I'll be making those once I get off of this computer.  Some for us and some for others.

BB: Get in that kitchen and turn on that oven and get baking girl. You'll be happy once you are able to have cookies ready to exchange or just have around for your family.

I'm going to try and make a few more of those Hot Chocolate BOMBS. I used up the last one last night for myself. It's neat to heat of the milk really hot and then pour it over the BALL in a cup and watch it basically melt and explode with the cocco and marshmallows coming to the surface. A little too sweet for me, but still yummy.

Okay, gang........out of here for now.   Be good to each other, stay safe and we'll make it through this Covid crap somehow. :emoticon 0115 inlove:
