I'm sure Joanne's intentions are good, but Connie tried to keep a lot of her ills private. Would she want all of them listed on a public website, especially at this difficult time? (morbid obesity?)

Just concerned that if her son or family read this, it may be upsetting to see it on a public website?

Just trying to be respectful of Connie...

Having been in contact with Connie "off the board".. over the years..I wanted to let you all know that she was aware of her health issues and had been so honest but in some ways she really did not want to "burden" the board..
but the reason I did the earlier post was so that her health status could be more clearly understood..her son TJ is an only child and Connie essentially raised him all by herself..her folks are gone..so the only other thing I wanted to mention was her admitted and varied health needs to me..so bearing in mind I ramp up my prayers as each one of these is listed so you fully encompass her battle..she has..

Diabetes,Asthma, Hypertension ( High Blood Pressure), CHF (Congestive Heart failure).Kidney failure,COPD(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)DVT's..(clot's in her lungs and limbs).. secondary now Dialysis, and infection, and mobilty loss, and morbid obesity..May all the Heaven's above please hear our plea to keep her comfortable, and help her cope with not have her Beloved Three Kitties with her..thanks Joanne

I just removed the post that cruise cutie made in the thread about conniecat update.

I sent all of you a PM, as i am not sure how many of you actually use this space

I have to agree with the person that reported this. It is way too intrusive, and i am sure that if Connie had wanted the world to know all these details, she would have mentioned them on the board herself over the past few years.

This is the PM I sent to Cruise cutie informing her of my action.

Cutes, Your post giving a lot of information about Connie and her condition (morbid obesity etc.) has been removed.

Complaints were made that this was too detailed, and not what the private person would like to see on a public website, especially where you can send it to a blog with one click.

Sometimes we all forget that we are not sat around the living room having a chat with friends But that what we type on a forum is there for the world to see.
