Think you are stopping in Cozumel. For a really cool adventure, see if you can make it over to the mainland and visit the cenotes for snorkeling or diving. They are unique to the Yucatan Peninsula where the longest underwater cave system exists. The cenotes are openings in the system (looks like a small pond), and from the surface you can see into the cavern area where there are stalagmites, stalactites, fossils on the walls. The visibility is amazing, hundreds of feet and the water about 75 degrees so it's a refreshing dip for a hot day!
