bob, this has happened before, and I believe it was the fault of some settings.
I have noticed for a long time now that when I first click onto a post, it comes up the very same way. dark blue so that I can not read it, but almost instantly it changes to normal. So I had not said anyting about it as I thought it a quirk of the new board.

looks like this time it stuck.

bob, I think your blue is stuck :))
as
i am seeing it OK. so what i said about a post being blue to me at first may apply here

Suer said she fixed it. But this one stayed the same way. I'd never noticed this before at all.

The first blue and then the white is something that happens here all the time. And I never saw this thread in the blue..so it would be interesting to know how Suer fixed it.. the last time that this happened to multiple threads.. it was a board settings issue and had to get john to repair it, as none of us can get into the "guts" of the board.. just him. :)
If this is now something that can be fixed by us, it would be a help if Suer would let us all know how to do this please.
