I just sailed on Galaxy on May 9. We noticed several of the rebranding initiataves in effect.Champagne on arrivalSorbet and iced tea/lemonade served poolsideSushiAll were very nice. The Sushi was especially nice given that there are no specialty restaurants on Galaxy. My fiance said that the quality of the fish was very good. The sushi chef even made rolls to order for me since I am a vegetarian. The sushi was available for no additional charge. Sake and Japanes beer were available for purchase.
