Question re: workers comp and taking schooling courses while disabled?

My hubby was thinking of taking a Inspector Training course while he is off all that time. Does this go against any workers comp rules?

Never mind. I found out that he can only start a class after the Dr. releases him for light duty.

I think it depends on the stipulations of his disability injury. For instance if he is not supposed to sit/stand for extended periods, not supposed to drive or other doctor instructions that may be broken by attending classes.
I have some paperwork up in my office, I will see if any of that info is in my disability packet. I'll send you a PM.
