We are on Carnival Valor in September and have a Veranda deck extended balcony at the rear of the vessel. My pcp told me that it is incredible watchng the ports disappear in the distance as you depart so she got us a stateroom that is right in the center (this was a real benefit for booking early). To say we are a little excited is quite an understatement.
