Hi,I just redeemed my points for $1000. off my cruise. You just call and get that long number. Wait about 48 hours for CCL to get listed in its computers.. You call them and give them the number and they credit your account. As a previous poster said there are limits on the free cruises but not on the certificates. The only drawback is that you can only use 1 certificate. If you had enough points for a1000 and a 500 dollar certificate, you could only use one. I feel you are going to use a cc anyway so you might as well get something for it. Capital one is making something everytime you use it so why shouldn't you.
