For St Thomas may I suggest a tour using www.godfreytoursVI.comHis excursions was 20 bucks. He picks you up at the pier at 9-10 OR 11am. (we chose 10) and then takes you downtown for shopping until noon. (2 hours was plenty for us) at noon he will tell you where he will pickyou all up at to head out for a 2 hour tour of the island. Even took us to Mountain top which is the highest point of the island. (beats the Paradise tram for views) there is a soverneier shop there too, after the tour he will take you to a beach (Coki, Saphire or Magtens Bay) for 2 hours of swimming/snorkling. if you dont want to swim he can take you back to the ship.
