You may get some better ideas there.In San Juan go to Fort Morro. people have also said the rainforest tour is nice.St. Thomas -- just across from the dock is a cable car ride (you can walk to the top too). The view is spectacular but this whole thing only takes about 1 hour. Shopping is fun there too.I'm not a big fan of Nassau but you should see it once. Skip Atlantis unless you get a room for the day (about $200) you can't use the facilities. There are self guided walking tours. You can go to the pirate museum & to the straw market. We perfer to sit by the uncrowded pool on the ship. Enjoy.
