There is a bit of walking involved for the ruins tour in Costa Maya.  Not much climbing though.

Snorkeling in Belize is awesome.  We did the Belize's Best By Boat offered on Shoretrips.com.  There's another good website for Costa Maya.  costamayacruiseexcursions.com
